NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVFAC)

In support of NAVFAC we provide Systems Engineering, Engineering, program management, integrated logistics support, and technical support to various organizations, primarily at Port Hueneme, CA and Washington Naval Yard. POP September 2025 – Present.

FITT personnel supports the following requirements:

  • expeditionary operations

  • the management of the Navy's Table of Allowance (TOA) process

  • warfighter the materiel solutions required to perform their mission

  • Theater Engagement (TE) and Contingency Engineering (CE) support to Fleet and Combatant Commands

  • Hosts the Logistics Over The Shore Program Office (PMO 314) and the Navy Expeditionary Systems Program Office (PMO 305)

  • provides budget and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) requirements
